We Have Been Busy!
2020 has started with a BANG - delivering a variety of workshops in January - Mental Health First Aid, Mental Health Awareness, Laughter Yoga, Wellbeing Events - delivering talks on Sleep Hygiene and - our favourite - Secrets & Science of Happiness. This can help in so many ways and even in the worst situations, can make a positive difference. Cannot recommend this highly enough - for your workplace, to help with your wellbeing plans, team days, other events and for community groups.

We have now finalised our plans to launch our own Half Day "Mental Health Awareness" course for everyone.  We have our own training materials hot off the press and are now taking bookings.  Our course is suitable for groups from 6 to 20 participants.  Priced very competitively, our priority is to spread knowledge and compassion in this accessible way.
We're so excited that the BBC has just featured the Action for Happiness Course on TV News

And finally this month..........
We love this interpretation of engagement in the workplace, although the actual figures are alarming.  We know that we are very fortunate to be in the 5% mentioned, loving our work and the various people we meet along the way - we often feel privileged. From our work to improve knowledge and confidence around mental health issues, including reducing the stigma associated with it, to our very enjoyable Lunch'n'Learns - powerful wellbeing messages.
A lot of our work is in supporting employers to make their workplaces better places to be, with wellbeing given priority. When this and other things are aligned, workers are more engaged - the effort is very worthwhile for everyone, including the bottom line.

Do get in touch - we know lots of other people working in the wellbeing field too, doing some of the things that we don't - such as Nutrition, Yoga, Life Coaching and Therapists.
Take action NOW to make this the year/decade that you unlock all that is possible for your life - remember, this is not a dress rehearsal - this is your life, so live it as well as you can.

Plenty going on as usual, we hope you will join us - hope to see you soon!
Have a BRILLIANT February and do please contact us, link with us on LinkedIn, Facebook or Twitter - we are here to help YOU to Unlock YOUR Wellbeing!

With very best wishes
