As 2019 draws to an end, and people look to the end of term or their Christmas holidays, we extend our best wishes to you all for a peaceful and joyful time with your family and friends over the coming days.
The end of a year is a time for reflection and a chance also to celebrate what has been good.  We give a lot of brain time to all the things that go wrong - we worry, procrastinate, over think things - the "What if's?" the "Why did I do .....?"  "Why didn't I do.......?".
Well - let's agree to put those thoughts to one side for a while and think about what went well. What did you do that made a positive difference for someone? Who did you make smile? Who did you hug and laugh with? What new habit did you achieve? What goal did you meet? What went better than expected? What was awesome? What was great?
Savour the things that were good - remember and enjoy the moments again - and again!!

You may be thinking you don't have too many moments to savour? - and this time next year, you would like more? We can be part of that - focusing on the things that can be better. Whether through giving you the confidence and skills to help someone who may be struggling (MHFA) or through our fantastic wellbeing workshops which can be in the form of one of our wellbeing talks or lunch'n'learns.
